#Plain pasta with butter full
Substitute a mixture of 2 cups of full cream, milk and 3 tsp of corn flour powder instead of cream. Keep it on medium flame for 2 more minutes and put off the flame.Add cooked pasta and toss till the pasta is coated with sauce.Add water if you feel the sauce is thick for you. Add salt ,chilli flakes,oregano and pepper powder.Add chopped tomatoes and fry it till for 2 minutes.Add the onions and sauté till it becomes transparent.Fry till its aromatic.Add finely chopped garlic,green chilly and mint leaves.In a pan fry tsp of butter on medium flame.While the past is cooking, prepare other ingredients. Add pasta and let it cook for 10-12 minutes. Boil 2 cups of water with 2tsp of salt.Garlic 5-6 cloves pealed and finely chopped.Penne pasta (any variant will do) 200gm.It isn’t plain, but what did I know at 14 years old. I did not add any vegetable, it is just plain pasta.
